WFI is implementing programs aimed at reducing the incidences of new infections, through increased access to free testing and counseling; condom promotion and distribution; increased awareness at grassroots level, through community mobilization and engagement; referral and linkages; provision of escort services for PLHIV to access treatment; provision of livelihood opportunities and home based care.
WFI currently host a support group for people living with HIV/AIDS and also serves as a secretariat for Area Council Committee on HIV/AIDS(ACACA).
